We invest in small and medium-sized companies with growth potential. The companies have no more than 250 employees and a maximum of SEK 400 million in sales. For Industrifonden to invest, a company must have strong management, a unique business concept and good prospects of profitability in a growing, international market.

We invest in companies in IT, telecommunications, electronics, life sciences, industrial technology, energy and environmental technology (cleantech).

Long-term investor

Industrifonden is an evergreen fund, which means that all returns are reinvested in new projects. Because of this, we can take a long-term approach.

Active co-investor

We work with other venture capital firms. Most of our investments are syndications, where we are involved together with other investors. In some cases, Industrifonden may be the sole investor.

We have offices in Stockholm, Göteborg, Malmö and Linköping. We are also co-owner of a number of venture capital firms around Sweden.
