Type of company

We look for small and medium-sized companies with international growth potential. We provide development capital for early-stage tech companies and expansion capital for established companies that want to expand. 

Equity capital

We invest equity capital directly in companies through participation in share issues or indirectly through convertibles that are later converted to shares. We are an active minority investor and seek ownership interests of between 15 and 50 percent.

Loans

We can also provide various types of risk sharing loans.

Active co-investor

It is unusual that we invest in a company without a partner. Instead, we typically join syndicates together with other investors. In rare cases, however, we may be the sole investo

Return

In each investment, we share equal terms with other investors and seek a return that reflects the risk we take.

Investment amount

Generally, the investment in each company is SEK 5-100 million. Investment capital is normally provided over time, as a result of which the initial investment may be less than SEK 5 million. No single investment may exceed 5 percent of assets under management (currently SEK 190 million).

Investment criteria

Among the criteria for an investment is that the company must have:

• A unique business model, technology, product or service
• The willingness and ability to grow
• Prospects of profitability in a growing international market
• Assertive, competent management
• Clear exit opportunities
