Industrifonden is a knowledge organization with specialized employees who have extensive professional experience in a variety of areas.
Industrifonden's investment operations are organized in three business areas: Technology, Life Science and Industrial Growth.
Staff units have employees with expertise in accounting and finance, administration, communications, human resources and legal affairs. This is also where the fund's liquid assets are managed. The human resources and legal affairs units are managed on a consulting basis.
