Svenskt Rekonstruktionskapital (SRK) was set up in the spring of 2003 to play an active role in the reconstruction and structuring of Swedish companies that have sound core operations, but are under-performing for one reason or another. SRK's share capital amounts to MSEK 130. Its shareholders include Industrifonden (38%), Skandia Liv, the Baltic Sea Foundation (Östersjöstiftelsen) and Carl Bennet AB.
