Industrifonden has sold its holding in Bioinvent International
Industrifonden has sold its entire holding of 4 461 342 shares (7.3%) in Bioinvent International (Nasdaq OMX, Mid Cap). The shares were sold to Swedish and European institutional investors.
The Swedish stockbroker Öhman Fondkommission and Kempen & Co from the Netherlands have acted as financial advisors and placement agents to this transaction.
